Move beyond the basic photography skills in this course that offers an in-depth view of camera use, exposure techniques and composition. The instructor discusses how aperture, shutter speed, light, focal length, depth of field, filters and artificial light can be used creatively. You will participate in classroom and outdoor sessions where you will learn various functions of your camera. You will have challenges such as photographing moving and still objects with various shutter speeds and taking advantage of natural lighting as it changes. At the end of this course you will have a deeper trust in your ability to operate your camera in automatic and manual mode.

This course is designed to immediately follow Camera, Light, Film or Digital I for the Photography Certificate. Bring either digital or film camera to each class, and film if using a film camera.
