Anyone involved with the management of hazardous waste is required by the EPA to receive annual training. This includes, but is not limited to, EHSQ or Lab managers & supervisors, lab technicians, forklift drivers moving or loading hazardous waste containers, and maintenance technicians.

Cecil Bolton

Cecil was born in Mobile and has been a lifelong resident. He graduated with a BS from the University of South Alabama in 1986. He worked for 35 years with Evonik in the environmental department. Sixteen of those years were spent as a lab technician in the wastewater treatment lab and 19 years managing the hazardous waste and recycling for the site. After retirement, Cecil has continued to work part time in his field.
