This introductory photography class is designed for new users and experienced photographers who want to get more out of their photographs. Topics covered include demystifying shutter speed, aperture, ISO, color balance and their effects on the outcome of the image. Exposure, composition, choosing the best resolution and file formats are also covered. Your class will cover what to do after images are taken and discuss selecting the right flash and lens. Sessions include large and small group instruction as well as individualized assistance. By the end of the course you will know how to use the various functions and modes on your particular camera. For insight into the world of photography the class will visit a professional studio for a photo-shoot with models.
