As you learn foundational methods of conducting legal research, you will learn the differences between statutory and case law. You will then learn the IRAC method of legal analysis and the proper form of Bluebook legal citations. This class also includes a session at the USA Marx Library which covers online legal research tools and methods on how to access them.
