Janice Gandy has presented the High Renaissance masters' works, but she would like to introduce you to the lesser known, but equally important, artists from the Late Renaissance. "Mannerism" is a style that emerged around 1530 and lasted until the end of the century.

It is named after "maniera," an Italian term for "style" or "manner," and refers to a stylized, exaggerated approach to painting and sculpture. Join Ms. Gandy as she explores the art that is called "Mannerism.
