In this class, students will expand their Photoshop skills and improve workflow when processing images. Students will learn to set up workspace for efficiency, learn covering layer masks, image resizing, adjustment layers, the pros and cons of smart objects, how to remove color cast, color grading, making a selection and how to refine the mask. Students will also learn about dodge and burning techniques, portrait retouching using frequency separation, changing the color of an object, image sharpening, creating actions and using keyboard shortcuts.
Students will be presented with enough information to take their photography to a new level of creative quality by using Photoshop to develop a unique style that sets them apart from the rest.
Please bring a laptop with CS6 or above already loaded.
