Description

This course in contract law contains an overview of the Federal and State legal systems in Alabama and covers jurisdiction as well as procedures. The instructor will discuss the history of contract law and will examine contract requirements-including offer, acceptance and consideration. The instructor will also discuss arbitration agreements, insurance policies and other types of contracts. Students who attend this course will understand and be able to use basic contract principals. In addition, you will gain knowledge of legal remedies for breach of contract.
